Most meats can do with marinade. Here is an easy way to prepare a marinade that is suitable for beef, lamb, chicken and even pork. Whisk together ¾ cup olive oil, half cup soy sauce, quarter cup Worcestershire sauce, ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 30ml lemon juice, 15ml Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon pepper, 3 cloves garlic finely chopped, 15ml finely chopped fresh parsley.
