Meerensee CPF calls for information to assist with murder investigation
Police are on the lookout for suspects and help from the public is encouraged
MEERENSEE Community Policing Forum (CPF) is calling for residents to come forward if they have any information regarding yesterday’s (Monday) murder of Nico Swart that took place between 6am and 7am.

If you:
· Have a dash cam in your vehicle or on your mountain bike· Have a camera on the perimeter of your property in the area· Were travelling to/from Mzingazi/RBM at the time· Used public transport in the area and noticed anything suspicious· Travelled around Meerensee at the time of the murder and noticed anything suspicious· Own a guesthouse or establishment that might have unknowingly accommodated the three male suspects and their accomplices
· Stopped at a fuel station or convenience store and noticed any group looking suspicious
· Have a domestic worker who travels from Mzingazi to get to your residence
You may be able to help by providing a valuable lead as the three suspects may have loitered around before or after the incident, while staking out their victim.
The criminals and their deed did not go unnoticed so do not allow them to get away with it if you can help it.
