Fatal accident on the N2

THREE people including a child have lost their lives and two have sustained critical injuries in a head-on collision on the N2 between the Zinkwazi and Mandeni off-ramps.

The N2 northbound carriageway is closed.

IPSS Medical Rescue paramedics are on scene treating the critically injured patients who will be transported to hospital by helicopter, which has been dispatched.
