Since its inception, this event has raised well over R2-million for rhino conservation and anti-rhino poaching efforts in northern KZN.

Entrants will have an option of five different rides, with the three-day option starting on Thursday, 3 December.

The Longhorn flagship ride is roughly 30km longer this year, totalling 350km.

Riders will start at Hillcrest just after midnight on Thursday and pass through Inanda Valley, before hitting the north coast cane fields on their way to the finish at Bonamanzi.

There is also a 270km Shorthorn ride, which has proven the most popular over the years and usually sells out the fastest.

This ride starts at the Mvoti Toll Plaza and also finishes at Bonamanzi.

The 130km Babyhorn and shorter 60km rides are aimed at riders who are keen to take part, but might not have done the training to take on the longer distances.
