Zululand bikers’ run against farm murders

The run formed part of a nationwide protest against farm murders

HUNDREDS of Zululand bikers participated in an awareness run at the weekend, calling for an end to farm murders and racism.

The bikers were split into two groups, one starting from Richards Bay and heading north to the Baobab truck stop on the N2 near Hluhluwe, while the other group met up at the Engen petrol station on the N2 and travelled south to eShowe.

At the destination points, they held prayer sessions and left crosses in memory of victims of farm murders.

The awareness run formed part of a nationwide bikers’ run against farm murders, raising awareness of the plight of farmers across the country and remembering those who have lost their lives.
