ANC mourns death of Jozini councillor
The party said her death will leave a huge void which will be difficult to fill
THE uMkhanyakude ANC structures are mourning the death of Jozini deputy secretary, Gugu Shabangu, who died recently after a short illness.
Shabangu was deployed by the ANC in the Jozini Municipality as a PR councillor.

The party said her death will leave a huge void which will be difficult to fill.
ANC regional secretary, Sphile Mdaka, described Shabangu as a selfless leader.
‘She was a dedicated and disciplined councillor who served the municipality with respect and loyalty. She dedicated her life to serving people.’
