Truck driver dies in N2 crash
The driver reportedly attempted to overtake two other trucks, and collided with a car
AN unidentified truck driver was declared dead after his truck crashed into two vehicles on the N2 near the Kwabhoboza turn-off in Mtubatuba last (Sunday) night.
uMkhanyakude cluster police spokesperson, Captain Jabulani Mdletshe, said preliminary investigations revealed that the deceased was driving at high speed.

‘It is alleged that he attempted to overtake two trucks when he collided with an oncoming car, which rolled and crashed into another truck,’ said Mdletshe.
A case of culpable homicide is under investigation by KwaMsane police.
