Are you Zululand’s next star?
Auditions for Zululand’s Got Talent will be held tonight (Tuesday, 30 July) at 6pm, at the Dros restaurant, Tuzi Gazi Waterfront.
There is no entry fee, but you have to register before 6pm to compete.
Please bring your own backtracks or music.
Groups are welcome, but with no more than four members.
The finalists will perform at the Dolos Festival, which takes place from 20 to 22 September at the open field across from Zululand Multisport Club, near Alkantstrand in Richards Bay.
Well known singers such as Refentse, Bok van Blerk, Demi Lee Moore, Jan Blohm, Thys die Bosveldklong and Dirk van der Westhuizen will grace the Dolos Festival stage.
Apart from great South African music, festival-goers can also look forward to other entertainment such as surfing lessons, a skateboarding competition, horse riding on the beach and the parkrun.

Tickets cost R220 for a weekend ticket (Friday-Sunday), or:
For Friday only – R120
For Saturday only – R130
For Sunday only – R100
Children under 12 pay R50 per day.
Children under five enter for free.
Tickets will also be available at the gate during the weekend at a cost of R250.
