SIX people lost their lives at the weekend in a single vehicle accident on the N2 between Hluhluwe and the Phinda turn-off.
The accident occurred on Saturday night.
Five of the occupants in the Toyota were pronounced dead on scene, while the sixth was taken to Bethesda Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Circumstances that led to the cause of the accident are under investigation by Hluhluwe SAPS.
