Early voter registration for Richards Bay’s elderly
Ward 2 councillor Christo Botha has arranged the early voter registration in Veldenvlei and Meerensee
RICHARDS Bay’s elderly residents can update their details with the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) ahead of the official voter registration weekend later this month.
The schedule for elderly voter registration is as follows:
Wednesday – Golden Oldies at the Richards Bay Bowls Club in Veldenvlei from 9am to 11am.
Thursday – Retirement village at the Meerensee golf estate between 9am and noon (all other residents are welcome to make use of the opportunity).
Thursday – SAVF Veldenvlei between 2pm and 3.30pm.
Tuesday 22 January – Elderly Group at the Richards Bay Ski Boat Club between 9.30am and 11am.
Those wanting to make use of this opportunity are reminded to take their ID book or ID card.
