Why antenatal classes are important

Join Melomed Richards Bay's antenatal class on Saturday 3 November

Pregnancy is an exciting time, but it is also a time of uncertainty.

Expectant mothers constantly wonder about the changes their bodies are undergoing, as well as the development of their unborn child.

‘Is this normal?’ is a question they often ask throughout their nine months of pregnancy.

They probably also feel nervous about the prospects of childbirth, as well as having to take care of a tiny baby.

Parents-to-be could do with a little bit of help and advice from experts who truly know what they are talking about.

That is why Melomed Private Hospital is hosting another antenatal class for expectant mothers.

The antenatal class with be held on Saturday 3 November from 9am to 12noon at Melomed Richards Bay.

The class is free, but only open to mothers-to-be who are registered as Melobabe Maternity Programme members.

Those who attend the antenatal class will receive a goodie bag and will also be treated to a light lunch.

Book your space by phoning Palesa Nzuza at 035 791 5300 or emailing her at mrbcso@melomed.co.za.
