Teacher nabbed with stolen cattle in Vryheid
He is now facing a charge of stock theft
A high school teacher was caught red-handed loading stolen cattle into a trailer in Vryheid on Tuesday morning.
The Egelekedle High School teacher was caught by police busy loading five stolen cows into a trailer with two accomplices
Zululand Police Cluster spokesperson, Captain Nkosie Gwala, said the suspects ran away when they saw the police vehicle approaching.

‘The teacher failed to outrun the police, but his two accomplices managed to escape.
‘The arrested suspect is facing a charge of stock theft. Police managed to trace the owner of the cattle,’ said Gwala.
