Victory for suburban motorists as City of uMhlathuze takes stand against roaming cattle
IN THE ZO TODAY: Cattle in urban areas have caused several serious incidents of late
‘ALL animals found in the streets or in inappropriate grazing areas will be impounded, released with a fine, or auctioned to recover costs.’
This the announcement made by City spokesman Mdu Ncalane yesterday.
