MONDLO SAPS are investigating a case of ATM bombing, which happened on Thursday night.
It is alleged that unknown suspects struck the ATM with explosives to get at the money, but their attempts failed.

Zululand Police Cluster Spokesperson, Captain Nkosie Gwala confirmed that the suspects failed to get cash from the ATM after bombing it.
‘A case of ATM bombing is under investigation at Mondlo SAPS, and no arrests have been made.
When we attended the scene we discovered pieces of ATM lying around the area,’ said Gwala.
