Delivery vehicle crashes into city tanker on R102

IT was a morning of commotion on the R102 near Ndabayakhe after a light delivery vehcile carrying cement crashed into a city waste services tanker.

According to reports both vehicles had been travelling southbound along the R102.

The driver of the tanker is believed to have been turning right towards the quarry when the driver of the H100 crashed into its side.

One person sustained minor injuries and a case of reckless and negligent driving is being investigated by police.
