ESHOWE police are investigating a double murder and call on the public to assist with any information about the incident.
On Monday evening at around 7pm police received a call about a shooting incident in eShowe Park in the town’s CBD.
There they found two meter taxi owners lying on the ground.

Eyewitnesses reported that they were having drinks with the two men, who were brothers.
Two unknown men came from behind them and shot the two brothers aged 29 and 35.
The witnesses said the men then fled on foot down the John Ross Highway towards Gingindlovu.
The deceased are from uMlalazi and the motive for the shooting is unknown.
