Signs that one’s partner is cheating

Trust your gut

CHEATING or infidelity tends to sneak into marriages and relationships on a day-to-day basis.

Unless one has hard evidence of the accusations, most will not admit to it and turn the situation around.

Below is a list of behaviours that would suggest one’s partner or spouse would be having an affair.

But if they have these behaviours and are not cheating, then take it as warning signs that the relationship needs help or needs to be ended.

Warning signs on cheating

• Boredom with spouse, job, children, hobbies and life in general.

• Needs danger or thrills in their life.

• Less intimacy or connection in relationship.

• Spouse has a low self-esteem.

• No signs of jealousy, no matter what you say.

• Sense of confusion about themselves.

• Spouse becomes negative or more lazy around the house.

• Spouse becomes more critical of you and picks fights more often.

• Getting defensive if infidelity or affairs are mentioned.
