The female suspect told police she had received the illegal goods from a supplier in Nquthu.

Both suspects will appear in the eSikhawini Magistrate’s Court today (Thursday).

According to eSikhawini police spokesperson, Captain Thembinkosi Mkhumane, police are on a mission to curb criminal activities in the area.

‘We will continue with surprise raids to ensure all those who break the law are put behind bars,’ he said.

He also requested residents to continue informing police about illegal activities.
