Centre electrical fire quickly dealt with

AN electrical fire broke out today at the Home Hyper Centre, next to Sanlam Centre, in Empangeni

According to fire marshals on the scene, the cause of the fire is believed to have been a fuse which short-circuited, resulting in parts of the centre’s server room catching alight.

When the ZO arrived at the scene, uMhlathuze Fire and Rescue members had already put out the fire

No one was injured in the incident.
