Harbour heads appreciate visit to Zululand Observer operations

ADAPTING easily from a marine environment to a terrestrial one, executive members of the Port of Richards Bay toured the Zululand Observer operations last week.

They were fascinated by the world of designs, deadlines, paper and printing presses as they were taken through the entire process of what it entail to produce a newspaper.

‘Understanding your operation helps us to properly and timeously respond to your queries and requests for editorial or advertising content,’ said Port Manager, Preston Khomo.

Khomo presented the Zululand Observer with a framed picture commemorating the Port of Richards Bay’s 40 year progress since its establishment in 1976.
