THE Zululand Yacht Club has issued out a weather warning of damaging Gale force winds from midday today going into tomorrow.
‘Damaging South-Westerly Gale force winds of 35 to 40KT (65-75km/h) are expected between East London and St Lucia from this afternoon into tomorrow morning, moderating from the south in the evening.
‘We therefore request that all owners ensure that their yachts are secured properly to avoid any damage to their property.
‘If you cannot get to the club to check on your vessels please make arrangements with someone at the club,’ wrote Fiona Linde of the Zululand Yacht Club.
