A MAN charged with the attempted murder of his ex-girlfriend, an attack which left her paralysed after being stabbed multiple times, will appear in the Empangeni Magistrate’s Court tomorrow (Tuesday).
The attacker stabbed the 26-year-old victim 17 times on her face and inflicted 11 more wounds to various parts of her body.
The incident occurred on 11 June near KwaMbonambi when the suspect visited her home, attacked her and left her for dead.
She survived the ordeal, spent a month in hospital recovering, but is now disabled after her spine was damaged.
