Brackenham orphanage seeks support

House of Shalom Children's is appealing for donations for their youngsters to attend the IBV Children's VIP Day in Durban

THE House of Shalom Children’s Home in Brackenham is seeking sponsors for 38 children and four caregivers to attend the annual IBV VIP Day on 12 August in Durban.

The costs, which include transport and clothing kits, is estimated at R16 600 and an appeal is being made to local businesses and individuals to assist the children in attending this important event.

IBV International Vaults hosts this event annually where 2 800 orphans and underprivileged children from 38 homes are treated to an interactive, fun-filled day in the company of business leaders, sport stars and celebrities.
