KWAMSANE police are investigating the murder of a young resident (33) of Ophondweni Reserve who was found lying in her home with several gaping head wounds.
Last Friday morning, the victim’s brother became concerned when he walked past her home and there were no signs of activity.
He walked into the house to look for his sister, and found her body lying in her bedroom.
‘She had four open wounds to her head, and was already dead when he found her,’ said an SAPS member.
‘We have opened a murder docket, and are investigating.’
