Mtubatuba police launch intensive search for missing mother of a nine-month-old baby

THE Mtubatuba SAPS are appealing to members of the public to help them locate missing Nokuthula Ngubane, of KwaNkombose Reserve.
It is reported Nokuthula, the mother of a nine-month-old baby went missing on Saturday, 17 June after her mother sent her to withdraw money from an ATM in town.
She never returned home.
According to her brother-in-law Nkosinathi Mkhwanazi, he last saw Nokuthula that Saturday around 5pm.
On Monday, 19 June Mkhwanazi received a call from her, saying that she had been kidnapped, but didn’t know where she was being held.
According to Nokuthula, there were other kidnapped girls with her.
A missing person investigation has been launched by Mtubatuba police, who are appealing to anyone with information to contact Capt Mdletshe on 072 2912978.
