Meet Alpha Alert, Navtrack and Security-4-U
FOUNDED in 2006, Empangeni based security company, Alpha Alert, forms part of a network of companies known as Security Group.
Offering asset protection through monitoring and armed response services, alarm installations, CCTV installations, electric fence installations and technical support, the company covers Empangeni, Richards Bay and selected areas along the KwaZulu-Natal north coast.
Security-4-U established in 2005, and Navtrack established in 2013, make up the remaining companies within the group.
The former, offering Farm Watch, Guarding Services and Foot and Vehicle Patrols in Empangeni, is co-owned by local businessmen and is situated at Empangeni Farm Watch with a combined Control Room for monitoring alarms, vehicles, guards on site and vehicle dispatch.
Navtrack, specialising in tracking and recovery, is the vehicle monitoring and fleet management division of the Group, offering monitoring ranging from consumer to fleet management systems nationwide.
With access to air wing support, recoveries are done in conjunction with other reliable security companies as well as the SAPS.
The group has also recently introduced a K9 Unit to complement armed response teams, which is deployed in various security situations.
