HIGH school pupils received valuable information about careers during the Mentorship and Career Day at Ikusasalethu High School in Mtubatuba.
Professionals from various fields exposed pupils to different career paths, and assisted them with choosing the right subjects while still in high school.
This special day was organised by former pupil and now the school’s Student Supporter, Njabulo Msweli, as part of giving back to the community that raised him.
‘We brought engineers, doctors, and people in media and other professionals to offer information to our pupils. This will assist them in choosing the right careers and understanding what they need to do to achieve that,’ said Msweli.
‘For a person to have a direction, they should know where they are going and understand what is needed to reach their destination.’
