Slade’s girlfriend in court over expired visa
Today, she will reappear in court to submit a formal bail application
THE girlfriend of Andrè Slade, the owner of Sodwana Bay Guest House who was earlier this year embroiled in a race row, will today appear in the uBombo Magistrate’s Court after police discovered that she no longer held a valid visa to be in the country.
Slovakian national Katarina Krizani (26) was last week arrested and made her first appearance on Friday.
Today, she will reappear in court to submit a formal bail application.
Slade caused upheaval when he denied guests permission to stay at his guest house because they were black, and caused further outrage with his racial and religious comments.
