BOTH men accused of murdering David (76) and Ann (73) Strauss at their KwaMbonambi home last month, will appear in court on 8 March.
The second suspect, arrested in Durban two weeks after the murders, was hospitalised with a gunshot wound to the arm and placed under police guard.
He has since appeared in the KwaMbonambi Magistrate’s Court and has been remanded into custody along with his co-accused.
They will face two charges of murder, house robbery and possession of property suspected to be stolen.
