Triumphant Tholokuhle

Nseleni school delivers super results

BAYANDA Mthethwa (7 A’s) and Malusi Shangase (6 A’s) led the way as Tholokuhle High School once again posted outstanding matric results.

Both young men are headed off to UKZN in Durban to further their studies.

Bayanda has made the uncommon career choice of becoming a land surveyor, while Malusi has decided on entering the field of chemical engineering.

‘We are extremely proud of these learners as well as the rest of our class of 2015,’ said Tholokhuhle Communications HoD, Abigail Sibiya.

‘We had 147 matriculants who wrote and 127 passed, so that’s an 86% pass rate.’

There was not much time for patting themselves on the back, though, as the Nseleni school was already open for the new matric intake to study on Thursday.

Tholokuhle is renowned for the support it gives its Grade 12s on weekends, public holidays and during mid-term breaks throughout the year.
