The news service announced the move on Tuesday, sparking outrage as well as congratulations on Twitter and in their own comments section on the article.

A simple no-nonsense approach to the problem of unsavoury comments is the only way to assure that those who wish to have their opinion heard can do so, without fear of retaliation.
