BREAKING NEWS: Gas leak in Alton
There has been a gas leak reported in Alton, Richards Bay this morning.
ACCESS to various factories has been closed in Alton after a backactor damaged the Sasol gas line.
Police and fire officials have cordoned off a large area and workers have been evacuated as a precaution.
Traffic is backed up and access is limited to entry from the Mondi turn-off.
