THE names of the victims in the farm attack in the Inyoni, outside Gingindlovu have been spread on social media and through prayer chains.
Farming brothers, Peter and Ian Johnson were attacked and shot in the early hours of Tuesday evening.
Peter died shortly after the attack.
Ian was shot in the face and leg, but managed to get back into the house.
Ian was taken to the Victoria Hospital in Tongaat and was examined by a trauma doctor.
The attackers appear to have got away with three rifles and two pistols.
