BIG things really do come in small packages, and Yandisolwethu Khumalo from Trelique Models Modelling & Promotions Agency is the perfect example, making his mark in the modelling world.
The Grade 4 pupil from Mzingwenya Primary school in eSikhaleni began modelling in 2011 at the tender age of six.
Accompanied by his grandmother, he recently travelled to Boksburg, Johannesburg to take part in a local pageant and took home the prestigious title of ‘Model of the year’.
Yandisolwethu has entered Mr Africa and King of the Universe every year and recently took the title of second prince at the Mr Africa pageant.
He also impressed the judges enough to grab ‘Best Evening Wear’ and ‘Mr Personality’.
When he’s out of the limelight, he enjoys the life of an all-rounder and is a member of boy scouts.
Yandisolwethu said he is grateful for the unconditional support he receives from his friends and family.
