Judith bags national award!
RBCT HR General Manager Judith Nzimande won the Institute of People Management's HR Director of the Year award.
THE Institute of People Management (IPM) recently named Richards Bay Coal Terminal’s Judith Nzimande as HR Director of the Year.
Nzimande is not only the General Manager of Human Resources at RBCT, but also acts as President of the Zululand Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ZCCI).
The IPM KZN branch toasted the local leader on her big win.
‘We congratulate her on this well-deserved achievement,’ said the IPM KZN team.
‘We are proud of our branch’s accomplishments in maintaining the lead ahead of our counterparts in other provinces.’
IPM KZN won the coveted Branch of the Year Award for the tenth time, judged on its overall performance, sound administration, branding, creation of strategic partnerships and the quality of its annual reports.
The glitzy awards ceremony took place at Sun City following a four-day convention with over 800 local and international delegates in attendance.
