TWO suspects were arrested on Thursday when the vehicle in which they were transporting almost 500kg of dagga was searched and the contraband confiscated.
The suspects had been transporting the dagga, with a street value of R500 000, from Mozambique to Bergville when they were arrested.
Police received information of the drugs through the crime intelligence network and immediately conducted an operation.
