Missing eSikhawini teen found
Nqobani Biyela has returned home safely and unharmed
HOURS after the Zululand Observer reported that 15-year-old eSikhawini teen Nqobani Biyela was reported missing by his mother, the boy returned home.
Nqobani arrived at his mothers’ house at around 10pm on Friday night, after being missing since Wednesday afternoon.
According to his mother, Nontobeko, he was dehydrated but otherwise unhurt.
‘He is sleeping now, as soon as he wakes up I will be able to speak with him and find out what happened.’
Surveillance cameras on a bus captured Biyela on his daily bus ride home from Richem High School at around 15.45pm, but he never made it home.
His relieved mother thanked all who were involved in the search.
