MSESSE Lamanzi (35) and Juma Ntiela (43) were arrested at Taxi City during police stop-and-search operations and made their first appearance at the Richards Bay District Court on Tuesday.
Police confiscated 10 packs of whoonga and four packs of heroin during the operation.
Both elected to apply for legal aid.
Also appearing at District Court, was Arinze Emmanuel Obianuka (28), charged with possession of dangerous and dependence producing substances, whose case was remanded for further investigation to 26 June.
Hauke Mine (37) was charged with possession of dangerous dependence producing substances and his trial will commence on 24 June.
Mthabiseni Xulu (19) is charged with dangerous and dependence producing substances and the case has been remanded for trial on 14 July.
