6 people injured in Friday night accident

Six people sustained injuries ranging from critical to minor in a head-on collision on the R102 near Iniwe last night (Friday).

Upon arrival on the scene, KwaZulu Private Ambulance Service paramedics found that one patient was in critical condition, two had sustained serious injuries and a further three patients had suffered minor injuries.

Patients were treated on scene before being transported to the hospital for further medical treatment.
