Renew disc, change to new number plate at five Post Office branches in Zululand

Five Post Office branches in the region offering motor vehicle license renewal or can help you change to the new KZN number plate

Motorists who want to renew their motor vehicle licence disc or change their vehicle to the new provincial ‘ZN’ number plate can do so at five branches in the Zululand region.

The Post Office branches in Ingwavuma, Kwangwanase, Mkhuze, Mtubatuba and Nkandla are among 17 branches in the province offering this service.

“Renewing a motor vehicle licence from Post Office branches means that upon completion of the paperwork and payment thereof, you walk away with the disk, ready to cut out and apply to your vehicle’s windscreen.

“Customers wishing to renew their licence disc must bring their ID and proof of address, like a utility bill, into the branch. Forms can be completed in the branch. Either cash or a card is accepted as payment.

“Clients who wish to change their vehicle number plates to the new ZN plates are also welcome,” said the Post Office.

Motorists can renew their licence discs or change their vehicle number plates at these branches province-wide:

– Durban
– Howick
– Ingwavuma
– Kwangwanase
– Mahlabathini
– Margate
– Mayors Walk
– Mkhuze
– Mtubatuba
– Newcastle
– Nkandla
– Nqutu
– Yellowwood Park

The Post Office branches at Kloof, Khan Road, Redhill and Westville can assist with motor vehicle licence changes only.
