WATCH: Truck collision closes R34/R66 near Vryheid

ALL emergency services are on scene at a serious collision between two heavy motor vehicles on the R34/R66 Vryheid/Ulundi road in the vicinity of Blackrock.

The accident occurred just after 7am today (Monday). Both trucks soon became engulfed in flames.

According to Road Angels SA, the road will be closed for some time as emergency services tend to the injured and clear the scene.

Motorists are advised to use alternative routes or delay travel if possible.

In other traffic news, there has been a serious accident on the N2 between Mtubatuba and Hluhluwe, at the fruit stalls.

All services are on scene and motorists should expect delays.
