2022 Senior Citizens’ Parliament and celebration of the International Day for Senior Citizens

As part of the Legislature’s strategy to involve the members of the public in its legislative processes, the KwaZulu Natal Legislature will hold its annual Senior Citizens’ Parliament in Mzinyathi District Municipality. The Senior Citizens’ Parliament will be held as follows:

• Dates : 30 September 2022
• Time : 10h00
• Venue : Glencoe Town Hall

Senior Citizens’ Parliament will be followed by the celebration of the International Day for Senior Citizens on the 1 October in the same venue at the same time.

The Senior Citizens’ Parliament is part of the Legislature’s strategy to broaden public participation in the oversight and law-making processes of the Legislature and to enhance participatory democracy in KwaZulu-Natal.
