Richards Bay feeding scheme appeals for support
Patricia Duval and Ramona Alfreds initiated the feeding scheme earlier this month in response to the growing number of people begging for food and money along the roadside.
Hoping to meet a need and provide a meal to the homeless community in Richards Bay, two residents are serving up a hot meal once a week to those who have fallen on tough times.
Passionate about giving back to the community and serving humanity, Patricia Duval and Ramona Alfreds initiated the feeding scheme earlier this month in response to the growing number of people begging for food and money along the roadside.

They are in the process of registering their organisation, and are in need of funding, sponsorship and donations to make a good go of it and a difference in people’s lives.
