5 essential oils for a glowing winter skin

To avoid chapped and dry skin as cold weather approaches, include these oils in your creams for sufficient moisture

It is no secret that winter means crusty and flaky skin for most of us. The harsh, cold and dry conditions are likely to damage skin, and the situation is worse for those who naturally have dry skin.

Oils with bigger molecules than most moisturisers help keep your skin smooth and nourished.

Here are some oils to incorporate in your body skin care:

Jojoba oil

Sesame seed oil
