St Catherine's mothers get spoilt ahead of Mother's Day

SPOILING mom was top priority last Friday morning when St Catherine’s School pre-primary mothers attended a special tea in celebration of Mother’s Day.

Pupils put much thought into expressing their love for their mothers, through the beautifully creative cards and gifts they made.

Little gifts were also ordered through the school, which were given to the mothers at the tea, with their unique cards.

The Grade RRR-R learners sang songs and performed a dance routine for their mothers’ entertainment.

Mother’s Day is an annual celebration which is commemorated in over 40 countries around the world.

It is celebrated on different days in many parts of the world, most commonly in the months of March or May.

It complements similar celebrations such as Father’s Day, Siblings’ Day, and Grandparents’ Day.
