Covid again closes Richards Bay Police Station

The station is expected to reopen on Friday morning once the entire precinct has been decontaminated

THE Richards Bay police station was closed this (Tuesday) afternoon owing to a number of positive Covid-19 cases having been reported among members.

It is expected the station will reopen on Friday morning after the entire precinct has been decontaminated.

In case of emergencies, the public can contact the commander on duty on the Richards Bay charge office numbers: 035 9012475 or 035 9012478; or Vispol commander, Col ZV Buthelezi, on 078 7640804:
Day shift 12 and 13 January – Lt Col Mabaso – 073 2153919.
Night shift 12 and 13 January – Capt Zulu – 082 3950139.
