Mondi breaks down gender barriers in the forestry industry

WATCH: Stories from some of the young and talented women working in Mondi’s Forestry business.

During National Women’s Month this year, Mondi South Africa has been celebrating how women are breaking barriers to transform the forestry industry in South Africa. Today we are excited to share stories from some of the young and talented women working in Mondi’s Forestry business.

These women show that no job is off-limits as long as you have the passion and dedication required. They are all proud of the work that they do and are trailblazers in an industry which has traditionally been male dominated.

Mondi, as a global leader in packaging and paper, with deep roots in South Africa, promotes diversity and inclusion within its workforce. Mondi South Africa is a level 1 BBBEE contributor and has been recognised as the most transformed forestry company in South Africa.
