Taking a stand against women abuse
A campaign was held during which youth were photographed with placards showing support for gender-based violence victims
WITH the world still battling with the coronavirus pandemic and reports of gender-based violence on the rise, local youth began a campaign to create awareness about the issue.
The campaign was held in the Mzingazi area and spearheaded by BlackOut Entertainment.
The youth posed for photos, holding placards with messages of support for victims, as well as to encourage others to fight the escalating crime wave.
