N2 closed near Tongaat owing to truck accident
The N2 southbound carriageway in the vicinity of Crocodile Creek is closed
PARAMEDICS are on scene on the N2 southbound carriageway in the vicinity of Crocodile Creek near Tongaat where two trucks have collided.
The affected carriageway is closed while IPSS Medical Rescue emergency personnel attend to the injured.
One person has been declared deceased, one is critically injured while a third patient sustained minor injuries.
The critically injured patient has been transported by helicopter to hospital for further medical care.
