Fidelity ADT opens new offices in Meerensee

Fidelity ADT officially launched its new offices in Richards Bay on Friday, 15 February.

As Fidelity ADT now forms part of the Fidelity Security Group, the new offices also accommodate the Fidelity Security Services side of the business.

It’s great to sit in the same office as the Fidelity Security team. It will most certainly assist us in leveraging the synergy between the two entities, says Fidelity ADT’s new Branch Manager for Richards Bay, Rian Buys.

Now that we form part of the Fidelity Security Group, we are able to deliver a more robust service, which is specifically aimed at combating crime in the South African market.

The new office, located at 9 Challenor Ridge, Meerensee, are centrally based and easily accessible to the general public.

The launch included a brief presentation outlining the reason for the move, the branch’s vision for the future and the importance of collaboration amongst all Richards Bay stakeholders in the fight against crime.

Buys said that they were excited about the future of the branch and the plans they have of securing the Richards Bay and Empangeni footprint.

Fidelity ADT is the largest armed response operation nationally with comprehensive coverage throughout the country, including 680 dedicated armed response vehicles operating on a 24-hour basis.

One of the main reasons for our office moving to Meerensee is to improve customer accessibility to our team. We would like to encourage all residents to visit our premises in order to discuss any concerns, questions or suggestions they might have.
